Looking for something new to do in the Asheville area? It’s about Spring and the great outdoors await you. Here is a little overlook that we stop at in between Asheville and Johnson City Tennessee. It is a few miles past Mars Hill North Carolina and about 10 miles before crossing the State line from NC to TN. Years ago we had stopped here but it was covered in graffiti and run down. But it’s looking pretty restored and good now. So if you love views such as this, it is about a 30 minute drive from Asheville, heading north.
