A new eatery just opened on Asheville’s South Slope and it is called the Little Chango Hispanic Craft Kitchen. It is located right across the street from the Wicked Week Funkatorium and it looks like it has some delicious eats. Well we finally got a chance to pass by, when the line was not out the door. They have a little bar seating area here where you can sit and try a bunch delicious Latin food plates.

Oh, and they have craft beer too, as well as a couple non-alcoholic options!
Ropa Vieja is such an amazing Latin dish that you must try! Looking for an tasty hole-in-the-wall eatery that features incredible cuisine? Little Chango is definitely the spot!
Great food and Flan! We had the pernil…and the ropa vieja ..areas…as well as the fried yuca…for a late lunch. Very tasty and not too pricey.
