The Everett Hotel & Bistro is an amazing restaurant located in Bryson City, North Carolina, right up the road from The Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. We decided to take a weekend trip to the area and will tell you more about it in future posts, but this one is all about deliciousness.

We ordered the crab cakes to start. Now we have a high standard when it comes to crab cakes and this dish definitely exceeded it.
Next up was this incredible meatloaf that we both tasted and suddenly wanted the whole thing. Meatloaf sounds kind of boring, but this was anything but. It was made from several different locally sourced meats and was out of this world!
The bacon-wrapped Filet Mignon was so wow! Lightly crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside, cooked to perfection.
Can’t forget the Veggie Burger. This restaurant offers veggie and gluten-free options to accommodate just about any of your dietary needs or concerns. Everything here is fresh and delicious.
And of course a huge thank you to all of the wonderful staff that were working at The Everett Hotel & Bistro. We cannot wait to visit again!
We at the Everett Hotel a few months ago and found the food wonderful. We ate meatloaf, scallops and trout. All so good. The specialty drink were yummy also. Good place to visit!
