As of spring 2025, Citi Stop is rising again. They’re gutted to the studs, meeting updated flood-code requirements, and preparing for a robust, resilient reopening.

And the news keeps getting better: while Dunkin’ won’t be returning, the station is reinventing itself with the first-ever Citi Grill in Asheville—a fast-casual eatery offering sandwiches, burgers, salads, and quick bites alongside your fuel, beer, and convenience essentials. It’s a fresh start for the station we’ve always loved—elevating a staple into a space that better serves this community.
