Biltmore Village is Bouncing Back — Here’s What’s Happening
Some of you have been asking about the status of your favorite shops in Biltmore Village — and we’re happy to report that a lot of progress is happening all around the area!
Here’s a quick update on what’s opening, what’s remodeling, and what’s still to come:
🛍️ Retail Updates in Biltmore Village:
-
J. Jill is preparing to open soon! Their development application is pending — things are definitely moving.
-
Lululemon is not reopening in Biltmore Village, but you can now find them at Biltmore Park Town Square on the south side.
-
Williams Sonoma is expected to reopen in 2 months or less. Great news for foodies and home chefs!
-
Jos A. Bank is holding off on their return — their reopening is set for Spring 2026.
-
Talbots and Chico’s are both under remodeling and should be open again in less than 2 months.
Unfortunately, The Cantina has permanently closed — but we’re hopeful a fresh, exciting new restaurant will bring energy back to that corner soon.
🧡 A Heartwarming Moment
While snapping a few photos in the Village, we had the pleasure of meeting two lovely visitors from up north. They were originally scheduled to visit last October, just after Hurricane Helene, but had to postpone.
They had one year to use their tickets — and thankfully made the trip down. Both had lived through Hurricane Sandy in New Jersey, so witnessing the flood damage brought back difficult memories of devastation — but also of resilience and recovery.
Their visit was a reminder of how much it means when people show up, spend time, and support a place that’s still rebuilding.
📍 Visiting Asheville? Don’t Miss the Village.
Even as we approach the one-year mark since the hurricane, there are still wonderful shops and experiences open now in Biltmore Village. And of course, the rest of Asheville and WNC continues to shine in all its natural, artistic, and culinary glory.
Come visit. Support local. And let us show you some love in return.
