So as marijuana, THC, weed is becoming more and more legal; a Stoner’s Ball took place just minutes outside of Asheville, in Waynesville North Carolina. A group of folks from Terps & Shine initiated the event with their vendors and sponsors, and it seems they accomplished the goals they set for this first-time event.
