After all of this time, we finally got a chance to stop by the Asheville Proper restaurant which is located inside the Grove Arcade downtown. We walked into this cute little foyer that had a purple couch with a couple of yellow cushions, and a yellow coffee table. A really inviting and comfortable setting.
Asheville Proper – Live Fire Dining Downtown
The dining area was to the right and the bar was straight ahead. We were hungry so we headed right to our table.
We ordered the Tri-Tip steak to see how their fired steaks really taste. Pretty delicious, even without any sauces!
We also wanted to get a vegan option, so the Chef whipped up this yummy dish with some tasty mushrooms. If you are in the downtown Asheville area, stop by and check this place out!
