Walking into Pho Real feels easy and inviting. You order via a kiosk at the entrance, then find a seat while your meal is prepared fresh. Even during a busy time, we only waited about five minutes—though we would’ve waited an hour for the delicious food that awaited us!
The staff are on point—cooks, managers, and front‑of‑house working hard with friendly smiles, great service, and a warm, welcoming vibe that keeps you coming back.

We didn’t hold back, and here’s what we tried:
- Pho — Traditional Vietnamese noodle soup with rich, savory broth and tender proteins.
- Goi Bun Salad with Shrimp — Fresh, crunchy, and perfectly balanced.
- Com Chien (Fried Rice) — Flavorful and satisfying in every bite.

Everything was delicious—fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and beautifully executed.

Pho Real comes to us from the team behind Ichiban, a beloved restaurant that was unfortunately destroyed during Hurricane Helene in Biltmore Village. The upside? The talented team behind it not only bounced back but brought us something even more exciting.
And good news for Ichiban fans: Ichiban will be reopening soon in the old Cracker Barrel location on Tunnel Road in Asheville! 🎉
