Historic Biltmore Village in Asheville Is Opening Back Up!

We’ve been keeping a close eye on progress in Biltmore Village for the past year. You’ve seen our coverage of when Village Pub reopened, then the Grand Bohemian Lodge, then the New Morning Gallery, and the reopening of the Corner Kitchen. You may have visited the new storefront for Poppy’s Popcorn. But there are many more businesses under construction, reopening soon, and here’s the latest & greatest you should know about.

Located just south of downtown Asheville and adjacent to the famed Biltmore Estate, Biltmore Village was among the areas hit hard in the September 2024 flood following Hurricane Helene. Today we’re seeing a strong rebound — with new tenants, remodels, and a renewed energy that signals this charming “English village”‑style district is coming back stronger than ever.

Here’s a snapshot of some of the big reopenings, remodels, and new additions in the Village — each with a quick background so you know who they are and why it matters.

Listen — you don’t need just another marketing agency. You need a partner who gets what real success looks like in a digital-first world. A team that understands substance over smoke and mirrors. One that protects your reputation, maximizes your ROI, and refuses to let you waste money on low-grade, fake social media that flatters without results.

Just because you have money doesn’t mean you should throw it at sub-par content. Real influence requires strategy, precision, and experience — not trend-chasing or hollow numbers. At G Social Media, we work with people who know the difference. Business leaders, legacy brands, and yes — even millionaires who understand that brand equity is worth protecting.

We build websites that convert, shoot scroll-stopping photography, and produce videos that leave an impression. Our social strategy? It’s built for long-term positioning, not vanity metrics. We’ve helped businesses rise above the noise and own their space — because we don’t just create content. We engineer impact.
