Music is one of the most powerful tools for expression — a bridge between emotion, purpose, and connection. And this winter, Asheville will become the next stop on that bridge when internationally acclaimed vocalist, composer, and producer K.C. Raniero brings her VoicePortal Vocal Intensive to the mountains.
On Saturday, January 17th, 2026, from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M., K.C. will lead an intimate Vocal Intensive Workshop right here in Asheville, North Carolina. Designed for motivated learners — from emerging artists to seasoned vocalists — this two-hour experience offers a deep dive into voice, body, and presence. With limited spots available, it promises to be one of the most inspiring artistic gatherings of the season.
🎶 About the Workshop
K.C.’s VoicePortal Intensive is more than just a singing class — it’s a full-bodied exploration of self-expression. Participants will learn techniques to connect posture, breath, and vocal resonance while also exploring improvisation, pitch control, and vocal wellness.
Each session includes:
- Warm-Up: Stretching, posture, and breathing exercises
- Technique: Foundational vocal work focusing on support, resonance, and pronunciation
- Performance Challenge: Improvisation and pitch control exercises
- Takeaways: Actionable practices to continue growing beyond the workshop
Applications are open now, and all workshops are subject to weather conditions — this is Asheville, after all.
