Founded by the ever-talented and heart-led Gentri Thurlby, Gigi’s Goods is a mobile café that’s been quietly (and deliciously) turning heads since February 2024. You’ve probably spotted her charming setup around town — warm smiles, fresh pastries, rich espresso, and good vibes all around.
But this story didn’t start in Asheville. It started in a tiny New York City apartment, where Gentri hosted cozy dinner parties that grew into a passion for feeding people well and with love. That spark took her on a culinary journey through beachfront villas in Mexico and Ecuador, and with a little help from her son, it eventually became what we now know as Gigi’s Goods — a soulful café on wheels, serving up:

Now Gentri’s ready to share the love even further — expanding beyond the café and into local cafés, coffee shops, and markets around Asheville and Western NC.
👉 Her pastries are now available for wholesale — frozen, ready-to-bake, or grab-and-go. That means more people, in more places, can enjoy the care and craft behind Gigi’s Goods.
